3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter, participate, or win. Purchasing anything does not improve your odds of winning. The Platform is offered entirely free of charge. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning any prize.

4. Daily Spins & Prize Mechanics

  • Registered users receive 12 free spins every 24-hour period, automatically reset daily.
  • Prizes are awarded by chance. Matching symbols on the slot machine determines prize outcomes. Odds of winning each prize type are set by the Platform and may be adjusted at any time.

Points, levels, and achievements are in-platform engagement features only. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or discontinue the points system at any time without liability.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that prizes will always be available or that the Platform will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JACKPOT JERSEYS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed AUD $100 (one hundred Australian dollars).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jackpot Jerseys and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For users located in the United States: any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) before any litigation is commenced. You waive any right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in class action proceedings against us.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
